Don't Ask, Don't Tell Heats Up in Courts and in Congress

Yesterday, I analyzed a case that challenges Don't Ask, Don't Tell. The case might test the new administration's position on DADT - a statute that Obama says he will seek to repeal. Later in the day, Representative Ellen Tauscher of California reintroduced legislation that would repeal DADT.

Obama had hoped to take a slow approach on this issue. But it seems to be getting beyond his control.
